I’ve neglected this pair recently 🥹
$21 an hour full time in most cities now. After taxes and everything you’re pulling roughly $2,850 a month. One-bedroom rent anywhere jobs actually exist? $2,050-$2,300. Car note + insurance + gas = $720. Groceries for one = $480. You got negative $100 before you even buy socks or see a doctor. This is the math millions are living every single month. And they’re still being told to “budget better.”
