Wolves well beaten and not good enough, not even close. Relegation will now be mathematically confirmed if Spurs beat Brighton today OR if West Ham get a point at Palace on Monday night. #wwfc expressandstar.com/sport/football…

Each way long shot | 18/1 2:40 Lingfield - Intervention This is the type of each-way angle you want to be taking a chance on at a big price - inconsistent on paper, but with enough positives to suggest he can outrun these odds. Intervention is a 9-year-old who hasn’t been the most reliable lately, but importantly, he’s now back down to a very workable mark of 81, having won off higher in the past. That alone makes him interesting in this grade. A key angle here is the return to Lingfield. He’s got a solid record on the all-weather at this track, finishing in the first two in 7 of his 11 runs here, including going close in this race previously. Track familiarity counts for a lot in races like this. His recent runs haven’t been great, but there are excuses. The run at Wolverhampton over 7f didn’t look to suit, and if you go back to his effort at Kempton earlier this year, he showed he still retains plenty of ability when conditions are right. Another big positive is the 7lb claimer on board, which effectively makes him even better handicapped and could be the edge needed to get him competitive again. Dropping back in trip and returning to a track he enjoys could easily spark a revival, and in a race where plenty have questions to answer, he doesn’t need to be perfect - just back to something near his best. At 18/1, you’re not asking for a win - just a solid run to hit the frame, and he has the profile to do exactly that.

David Fincher’s planned sequel to World War Z, starring Brad Pitt, was cancelled by Paramount in 2019, but after the recent merger, Paramount is reviving World War Z 2 as a high-priority project. The sequel will continue the story of Brad Pitt’s character, Gerry Lane, as the zombie virus mutates and the world enters a new, more dangerous phase.

Quentin Tarantino says the current movie era is one of the worst in Hollywood history “Even though the '80s was the time that I saw more movies in my life than ever, I feel that '80s cinema is, along with '50s, worst era.” "Matched only by current era!"

Even though I have huge respect for Christopher Nolan, I partly disagree here @netflix is a business first, so of course it prioritizes its own streaming platform — that’s expected. That said, from what I’ve read, movies will still be released in theaters first If theaters are struggling right now, it’s definitely not because of Netflix

Christopher Nolan said he will never work with Netflix “Why would you? If you make a theatrical film, it’s to be played in theaters” “Netflix has a bizarre aversion to supporting theatrical films. They have this mindless policy of everything having to be simultaneously streamed and released”
