@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelcomplaint 1/8 Frankly, I am completely fed up with Airtel service.
Call drops, no connectivity inside the house, WiFi issues, repeated engineer reassignments and no call backs even after escalation.
Right now my experience with Airtel service is –100 on service standards.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelcomplaint While I keep messaging privately, the issue keeps getting pushed under the carpet.
But the moment customers take the issue public, suddenly attention appears.
This is not customer service.
This is systematic negligence.
