I’m done now but I honestly think I want to start it again. My biggest takeaway is how bad alcohol is, and I’ve noticed things like my face being less puffy and I look more snatched and attractive. It’s probably a minor difference and something I only notice but there is a difference nonetheless! Going forward, I’ll stick to drinking a glass of wine once a week but nothing more. Also ofc working out twice a day helped too lol
