Adding onto this, I feel like the only way he could be playable is if one of his segments that Omega didnt delete was somehow not like Dottore, but then again they are segments of Dottore, so I doubt theres much good in that..

Not hate at all but was I the only one who didnt want #Dottore to be playable?? I mean I love his character but only as a villain, and with how #Genshin refuses to make playable villains I just really didnt want him to be buchered as a character just so he could be playable
