@Akshat_World How relevant is Mumbai Real Estate vs Dubai Real Estate rates? Is the population of both cities same? And if it costly and still it is getting sold then how relevant is the per capita argument?
You are basically just cherry picking stats to paint a bleaky picture.
English

When people don't have legit response facts:-
[1] India's GDP per capita hasn't really improved much
[2] Mumbai Real Estate is more expensive than Dubai RE
[3] India's Youth Unemployment rate is abysmally high
[4] We are sitting on a 47 year low Savings/GDP ratio
[5] On Millionaire migration scale (migration/millionaire), India ranks #1
Personal targeting starts, like: You want to sell courses.
So let me address this point also--
[1] Yes, I want to sell courses. Course selling is NOT illegal in India. When you do any job, you are also selling something.
[2] I am one of the only few financial influencers in India, who had to guts to reveal his verified PnL.
[3] My community is very happy with me (want proof? check comment)
And, yes, thanks for giving me an opportunity to plug my courses.

@Akshat_World What kind of logic is this? If Tesla enters India and even if they use this as an experiment bed, who do you think will they be hiring here? And what happens when folks here get to learn and work on latest cutting edge tech. Isn't that a better option than having no-one here.
English

Now many would say: Oh Tesla is entering India.
Yes, they are: because they data harvest humans.
And, there is no better market in the world right now, than India for this.
Companies will flock.
This does not mean they are bringing money here. Their experiments here will help them extract some more wealth from India -- that's the reality.
English

Okay putting some facts together for you:
[1] India's population will peak in 2065
[2] Right now India's real estate (Eg. Mumbai) is more costly than in Dubai (this makes no sense)
[3] If you are retiring in 2040s, 2050s, 2060s, you will witness a high inflation world (especially in Indian major cities)
[4] We don't have a reliable social security (most healthcare expenses will remain out of pocket)
[5] Right now healthcare is inexpensive in India (but inflation growing at 12-14% per year in this segment)
[6] What really pushed a lot of people from lower middle class to upper middle class: were IT jobs
[7] India had a competitive advantage: English speaking, willing to overwork, getting paid 1/5th the salaries than the western world.
[8] With AI/ML, many of these jobs are permanently going away.
[9] We don't have any new growth Engine.
[10] You would say startups: most D2C customer startups buy/manufacture outside (to lower their cost) and sell to Indians. This does not create any real wealth.
It is not about me being pessimistic/optimistic.
It is about understanding reality.
And, educating people accordingly.
Look at macros, real picture emerges.
A massive retirement crisis is going to hit: where people will stay unemployed for many of their productive years, own no homes, and can't depend on government for social security.

I’ve made $17.8 million dollars online.
Success takes consistency. The actions you take today build the foundations for the person you want to become.
For the past 7 years, I’ve used the exact same daily planner.
I used this planner at $0… and I'm still using it today at $1,000,000+ Per Month.
I want to give you the planner for free.
Like, Comment & DM me ‘PLANNER’ and i’ll send it through (must be following)

How about bringing such products (and other productivity stuff like journals/planners) on Cred, if possible as BNPL offering.
English

@abhi_agarwal4 Inspiring story. Kudos and wish the best for the Fabric now. I am thinking to curate such stories. Do you think other founders will find it useful?

That’s a wrap! If you enjoyed this, please like and RT.
I feel there’s a lack of real entrepreneurial stories on Twitter.
Happy to contribute with my share of stories and learnings if folks find this interesting. 🙌🏽

I was a lost 22 year old - an IIT graduate making 5 LPA and toiling 14 hrs/day for an MNC. Fast forward 5 years, I now employ 50 people at Aidetic, the AI Consulting firm I founded. Here's the story of how we bootstrapped to $1M in revenue, warts and all.
