My daughter's Y3 teacher is the absolute GOAT. She single-handedly crocheted a mini-me of each kid in her class as an end of year gift. Approx. 8hrs per doll. Even the hairstyles and clothes are spot on. What a legend.

The 2nd Polish Corps is still remembered as the substitute for Polish freedom during the trying times of WW2 and the German occupation of Poland. Indeed, in many examples, General Anders was compared to Moses, who liberated some 120,000 Poles from the inhumane lands of the Soviet Union. They marched thousands of miles to aid the Allies at a critical juncture of WW2. An honour to make my Maiden speech today in Parliament, amongst the first intake of MPs to do so. I will dedicate my service as a Member of Parliament to the people of York Outer.

Your early years team will already be inducting children for next year. But let’s take a moment to properly acknowledge this year. Those children came in unable to read and write. And now they can read and write. And the rest. How do you even do that?
