@sadietrent_92 @CrossCountryUK She did have a reserved seat on her train but they cancelled her train and put them all on another train with no seats for them. She had to get on the train as she had a work commitment.

My poor daughter is on a Bristol to Plymouth cross country train, sat on her suitcase outside of the toilets, pregnant and no seats! Poor show @CrossCountryUK

A further update for you @CrossCountryUK . Said Bristol to Plymouth train also has no toilet roll on board.
