@zomato @zomatocare @deepigoyal I placed Order#5989631250 on 14-July but cancelled it immediately due to one wrong item. Within 2 minutes I placed almost same order from same restaurent but did not get refund for cancelled order. In order history it 's showing as declined order.

How come you are claiming a declined order as wastage of food & not initiating refund? My email to zomatocare (23/07) went unanswered. If copmlaint not heard, soon U wuld receive a legal notice. Is this how Zomato makes money, by cheating it customers in the name of food wastage?
