@kzitouni1 bip works for the founders whose audience contains buyers. everyone else is doing public journaling and would profit more from consistent talking to their potential customers not other builders

hot take: building in public is only effective for competitive people.

guys, I'm building and testing the LP audit feature as a part of my product you can get a free audit with ranked action points (by impact + effort) if you join the waitlist heycatch.ai/xr Each audit is benchmarked against your specific audience, competitors, and industry best practices. Not a generic checklist!!

Sunday startup roast. Drop your website below ↓ I’ll tell you: • what’s confusing • what hurts conversion • what feels untrustworthy • what I’d improve immediately No sugarcoating. Just honest product + UX feedback.

are you building or consuming? people used to have a choice then OpenAi and Anthropic changed the game now you don’t have one anymore…

@trikcode Successful competitors are gold!!! they prove the market exists you should start over with a new idea when you dont have any

the vibe coding cycle in 2026 Day 1: build the app. Day 2: buy the domain. Day 3: design the logo. Day 4: notice 200 competitors. Day 5: start over with a new idea. Repeat. Ship nothing.

@bzagrodzki respect the grind. is X growth your end goal, or correlated with another goal you're tracking?

I'm posting on 𝕏 for 800 days. Yes. You heard it right. 800 days. I didn't miss a single day. Sometimes I was depressed. Sometimes I was the happiest person in the world. And I shared IT. Every. Single. Day. still an overnight success for you?

@lottsnomad the consumer apps that win sell a feeling before they sell a product. headway sells "investing in yourself" before any feature. weight loss apps sell "finally taking the step" before any meal plan. emotion-first design is the actual moat

the apps that spread aren't always the best ones they're the ones that make the user feel something they want to feel again

@rxhit05 the founders who arent shaken by competitor pricing arent ignoring the threat. they built products where switching costs more than the savings

Your biggest SaaS competitor just dropped their price. What's your move? -match the price -double down on quality -find a niche -ignore it

@amritwt expensive big bets fail more often than not, and when they do you usually learn nothing (too many unknown variables). Cheap experiments fail just as often but each one teaches you something

cost of experiments must be low just so that you can do more of them and get an asymmetric return

@zuess05 Creator economy has always been like that. Most money flowing are from teaching ppl how to become creators Honestly vibe coding feels like creator economy 2.0

Founders are building AI tools to help creators grow an audience. Creators are using those tools to grow an audience to sell a course. The course teaches other people how to build AI tools for creators. The entire internet is just a giant digital pyramid scheme held together by Claude and vibe-coding.

I rly wish you were right! I worked at this startup which had a bit of a similar pricing model: $1.99 per 7d to $39.99 per month (web payments) and they had a huge problem with chargebacks. couldnt use Stripe as payments solution bc of this (stripe would ban them bc of refunds/chargebacks ratio) anyways, I hope it works out for you! just pay attention

@vlada_heycatch yes I’ll be keeping an eye on it! but generally my guess is there will be less refunds, because these people definitionally aren’t pure “free trial hunters” which they proved by at least paying some $$ upfront. but we’ll see!!

i’ve been testing 30 DAY INTRO OFFER 30 days cheap -> auto renew to yearly sub FOR ONE MONTH NOW this has sucked because the people who choose this (over my normal 3d trial) are my most high intent customers …and i’ve had to patiently wait 30 days to start seeing how well they convert to yearly sub 30 days has passed i have 155 of these “intro offer” people 90/155 have not cancelled Iet’s see what happens 🫡

Nick@ereniroh

anybody else run paid intro offer? 30 days cheap -> auto renew to yearly sub it’s kinda cool I guess theoretically these people are more serious than free trial people but I wonder if they *actually* convert to paid better? someone show me data, I don’t want to wait a month

Just crossed 150,000+ organic downloads across my iOS apps in the last 30 days. No paid marketing. Just building, iterating, and staying consistent. Still hard to process. Very grateful and very humbled.
