Exclusive offers, competitive CPAs, brolls, acc whitelisting, experienced support.
(telehealth offer owners: we don't onboard very often, and the criteria are strict, but we are always on the outlook for new partners)

@PrivatEquityGuy 2% leveraged financing? There must be either a guarantee from a vetted / HNW client of the bank or some hard asset collateral.
English

(Posted with permission.)
Imagine buying a software company and having the bank provide $8.5 million at a 2% interest rate with 7-year terms.
2%... yes, you read that correctly.
How many would you acquire with such financing?
3? 5? 15? All of them?
Thanks to this account, I can meet and talk to folks who do deals like that. So far, over 25 acquisitions...
The wild part is the guy is in his 20s and does such deals from zero to 100...
Finding the deal, talking to the seller, negotiating with banks, multiple 3- and 4-figure travel/dinners/meetings with the seller to convince them they are the right buyers, eventually closing the deal at a 25% lower price than the highest bidder... all this, again, while not even being 30 yet.
How does one do it, you may ask? See below:

And generates fresh video variants using Google Veo 3.
All on autopilot.

founders are swiping on Tinder at 11pm while your cold emails sit unopened since Tuesday
i know agencies pulling $200K/month from dating apps and you're still sending LinkedIn outbound
here's the most unethical lead gen method that's printing money right now...
The "Dating App B2B Pipeline" that nobody talks about:
Agencies are hiring models to run Hinge profiles. Bio says "looking for ambitious founders" Location set to San Francisco, NYC, Miami. Age range 28-45.
They're matching with 100 CEOs per day. These guys swipe right instantly because they're lonely and rich.
The conversation pivot is genius:
Her: "hey! what kind of business do you run?"
Him: *explains entire company trying to impress*
Her: "that's amazing! my brother actually helps companies like yours scale. mind if I connect you two?"
80% SAY YES.
Think about the psychology here...
On LinkedIn he's getting 50 pitches daily. Guard is up. Assistant screening everything.
On Hinge at midnight? Guard is DOWN. He's vulnerable. He's trying to impress. He'll talk about anything.
The numbers are insane:
LinkedIn InMail: 15% open rate, 2% reply
Dating apps: 100% open rate, 60% reply
One agency I know closed a $50K deal from Bumble. Founder thought he was meeting a date. Ended up buying marketing services from her "friend"
Another variation I've seen:
Gay dudes on Grindr targeting tech founders. Even more direct. "Your SaaS is hot, let's talk growth" Works because it's so unexpected.
Here's why this works:
ZERO COMPETITION - Nobody expects business development on dating apps
VULNERABILITY WINDOW - They're emotionally open, not defensive
EGO ACTIVATION - They want to impress, so they overshare
INSTANT ACCESS - No gatekeepers, no assistants
The ethics are questionable but the results aren't:
Traditional outreach: 1000 emails → 20 replies → 2 calls → 0 clients
Dating app method: 100 matches → 60 replies → 20 calls → 5 clients
Agencies spending $10K on ads while someone's girlfriend is closing deals on Hinge pretending to like startup founders
Is it manipulative? Yes.
Does it work? Absolutely.
Will you do it? Probably not.
Am I running it? Fuck yeah
The game isn't about being ethical anymore. It's about being effective....
Your competitors are already doing this. You're still writing "quick question" in subject lines.
Tomorrow there'll be 10 new agencies trying this method. Because attention is currency and dating apps are the Federal Reserve.
Study the yeg method

@herrmanndigital Before those "autopilot" changes, Meta was much more autopiloty, now it feels like 2010 when you have to do 25 manual adjustments
English

This auto on from Meta is diabolical too.
Had a client text me last night asking why I had a 100% promo code in my ad copy. I was lost. Apparently this feature randomly got turned on.
The company had a few 100% off codes that were created for gifting only, but Meta being an utter mess these days decided to run those in our ads.
Everything turned out ok, but man... just another thing where Meta's AI optimizations are impacting brands during the most stressful season of the year.
