I think characters look better in strive

ALL the characters look better in Strive, even May, and that's a truth. Idgaf about her clothes, at least she doesn't look like a kid anymore, which also helps her personality/behavior not seem so irritating as before

@vlinkFGC lumen works best in a case where the world itself isn't gigantic, but it's packed with objects. a sparsely populated world won't have much to reflect light with, while a gigantic world. uh. i think you see where this is going

reminder that tim sweeney has talked about unreal engine 6 before. the gist is that it'll bring in exclusive features from unreal editor for fortnite to mainline ue, and a bit of new stuff on top of it. nothing as crazy as lumen or nanite. performance probably won't drop too much

@WistfulHopes so lumen would work better on small scenarios that needed dinamic lightning?

@vlinkFGC best use case for lumen is a game with a day/night cycle or other drastically changing major light sources, as you can't rely on pre-baked lighting in such a situation
