Be careful with packaged rice. My 6 year old found plastic in her food tonight. She has limited food groups and rice was a staple by its self. @Tildarice this is not good enough

@Tildarice please tell me why my 6 year old almost swallowed this piece of plastic? We have nothing similar in the house ( we searched b4 trying to blame anyone) and she ate the rice by it’s self as she has many times before. She has few safe foods and now we have less.

When u take mother to Downton abbey and cath wants a nice pic. Turn our backs and she just mutters under her breath “best pic ever u dicks” .

4 years ago I entered recovery from my Eating Disorders. This is my mark on the wall at the Eating Disorder Service Preston after my last session of CBTE. I’d be ill from pre teen & been to hell & back. Recovery isn’t linear or easy but it’s brilliant. Still very proud (and well)
