@anandmahindra top management is not bothered about existing customers and is only bothered about liquidating year end inventories. Mahindra should either offer Extended Shield as free to buyers of XEV9E in 2025 or atleast give substantial discount on same to early buyers

Received response from Mahindra that it was a promotional offer to new customers and not applicable to earlier customers. Seems Mahindra is not bothered about existing customers who face issues.

@anandmahindra As an early XEV 9E owner, I respectfully highlight a gap: new buyers receive complimentary PPF, 2-yr extended warranty & exchange bonuses, while early adopters—who backed the product from day one—received none. A gesture of parity would reinforce Mahindra’s commitment to its first movers. It should be fair to all: : #FairForFirstMovers #Mahindra #XEV9E

#Indigoairlines #PMOIndia indigo is not able to fly. Waiting at airport for last 12 hours flight 6e6772. No senior management to help. Ground staff is clueless and left to face passengers with no information. Who is to hold Indigo accountable for these woes.

Look, @anandmahindra @MahindraRise, the XEV 9E is a brilliant EV when it works. But this entire experience has shaken my confidence. With ICE cars, you at least know what’s wrong. With EVs like this? You’re completely helpless. It’s just a black box.

Called @Mahindra_Auto SOS immediately. Waited for what felt like forever before someone answered. They promised a Roadside Assistance callback. 30 minutes later? Still nothing. Finally, had to call my team from office to help manage the situation.

@anandmahindra XEV 9E is excellent product. Kudos to your team. Why is the charger 7.2 kW / 11.2 kW compulsory? In Mumbai society doesn’t allow individual charger and has a common charger only. Why should I waste money on charger that I don’t want.

@anandmahindra Got a call from customer services regarding XEV 9E booking without charger. The person couldn’t understand the problem and rudely put the phone down. seems that customer service has no knowledge about the XEV 9E launch txt and are calling back as a routine call.
