We often hear from coaches & club leaders who are frustrated with the behaviors of parents. We get it! Yet, these coaches & clubs don’t make a simple investment in educating parents. How do you suppose the parent behavior will change without a simple educational intervention?

After spending two days in Tuscaloosa last year, listening to Coach Saban and his staff reference this very topic, they mentioned having “7 Installs”- 7 moments that players would receive information pertaining to a specific topic/skill they were introducing.

It has been a jam jacked first week back in Reno! Enjoying spending time with our coaches and building relationships. Some insightful feedback from our older players and appreciate the dialogue with families that I have been able to meet with at our facilities.
