Still trying to process the @futureverse news. We began building in this ecosystem because of its amazing gaming and metaverse interoperability stack, as well as the world class partnerships associated with it. Following a six figure investment across FV assets and the dedication of our entire development capacity to @TheRootNetwork Citizens since march of this year, the receivership announcement hit us like a bucket of cold water. We could dig into the whys and what ifs, but that’s been done many times over the past few weeks. The bottom line is that we really love this community, which we have been part of since 2021 and don’t want the IP of our Root Citizens to die. We’re working with @The_Tradeverse and the legends @markibanez and @shenxcrypto on the drops that we had planed for you, as they are the only ones offering support at this point. Until we know the future of Root, we are, like many of you, just big bagholders. For this reason we have decided to airdrop the “Bagholder” hoodie to all the Root Citizens holders. In that way we can wear it together to group therapy.😂 No crying in the casino.

We’ve just spun up our first two core validator nodes on @TheRootNetwork with more coming online soon. This marks the start of our focus on maintaining and supporting core network infrastructure to help ensure stability and continuity across The Root Network. Our priority right now is making sure no users or builders lose access to the assets or experiences they’ve built on the network.
