After spending hours on a call with your “NBN support team” and being told to turn it on and off again. My NBN speed has dropped even more from 18 to 20 MBS to 12.58. As a customer that pays for 70/80 MBS is this acceptable??

@VodafoneAU your app doesn’t work, and I’m here in Aus for 2.5 weeks, I’ve recharged TWICE now with bonus data and somehow I’ve gone through my ENTIRE nearly 80gb of data in 10 days…….. I’ve NEVER used more than 20gb in a month.
