2 open heart surgeries and multiple other cardiac interventions later, I'm doing well and working in the medical field myself ❤️ So cardiac health is very important to me! If you have anything to spare, I'm a member of the first 2 CHD orgs I linked and can attest to their work!

Since it's in the zeitgeist, I'll pop in and say that the World Heart Federation is wonderful for helping people and funding research for cardiovascular disease, and I think people should absolutely donate if you can. I'll also leave some link for some other CVD/CHD orgs below-
