On November 14th, 2024, we paid 25k dollars for a listing on @BitMartExchange with the transaction hash bscscan.com/tx/0x64f49ea91…. The deal was exactly finalized with their team to have all the services included, including MM (liquidity). Today, March 18th, 2025, they messaged us and asked us for more money without any reason, and asked us to add liquidity despite we previously sent 25000$ to get listed on their exchange and have all the services we paid for. They rejected keeping us listed because they said they “can’t” do market making anymore, most likely because they lost all their money in leverage, so I wonder what will happen in the future with people's money. They speak about “there isn’t enough liquidity” despite our listing being when $SOL was at 280$ and now is at 126$. This is why we don’t like exchanges, because they’re scammers; they just think about taking your money, and after they take it, they just stop doing everything you asked for. I ask @SECGov to check them out accurately because there are many points they’re not respecting about listing and because asking people to do market making for a project is illegal. “The SEC’s actions make it clear that manipulating the market for crypto assets offered as securities is illegal, and we will hold the individuals and entities responsible accountable for their actions” I want to add, when I listed $TOAD, they didn’t even ask for KYC, so if I were a scammer, I would have been able to steal all people's money since they didn’t ask for anything. We need to stop these illegal activities and understand that the only real CEX in crypto is @binance, nothing else. With their delisting, they didn’t even announce to the public about withdrawing their tokens from the platform, and this may provoke losses for people who actually trust their platform. We aren’t angry because BitMart stole 25,000 dollars from us; we are angry because they didn’t do what we paid for. Below you find all the screenshots.
