It is time for a convention of states. Congress will never term limit itself… and as you are seeing it is broken. Too many of these cats get up to DC and hop onto the uniparty train. The problem is the uniparty doesn’t work for you! It works for special interest.

@BoCamaro @The_Money_Buddy Problem is, the guy in scenario #1 probably doesn’t even have $10,000 cash and won’t anytime soon. And he’s probably going to keep buying too much truck, too much boat, too much everything. And because his credit is bad, he’s going to pay 6-7% vs 1.9%. Different circumstances.

I financed a $104k Cybertruck. Why? Because $104K invested at 8% over 5 years (financed term) earns $49k in interest. The fincing charge of the truck at 1.9%? About $6k total.... So by financing that truck, I make $43k more than burning the $104k Why buy a $104k truck you ask? Because I needed tax write-offs instead of sending it to Uncle Sam. So that $104k allowed me a bonus depreciation of 100% for the tax year. So I saved $30k in income taxes by buying the truck and putting it into service. You have to understand there are levels to the game when you aren't living paycheck to paycheck.

A guy I know financed a $75,000 truck. $1,100/month payment. $1,100 invested at 8% for 30 years? $1,640,000. Some status symbols cost seven figures.

I could use y’all’s prayers and support. I haven’t really been myself lately because of some things going on. I’ve been having unexplained abdominal pain and today it has been so bad where I almost went to the ER. My doc was able to work me in for a diagnostic laparoscopy on Wednesday and I just need y’all to pray we get some answers and that he’s able to fix whatever is wrong. On a related note, someone needs to put me in a bubble.

If someone told me what I am about to tell you a year ago, I would have called it a fairytale. I went to church this morning with my friend Joe. He had invited me months ago and I called him last night to ask if Holly and I could attend with him today. He said he would be honored. He said Bible Study was at 10 and service was at 11 and he sent me the address to Victory Baptist Church in Bristol. When we arrived this morning, we were greeted by so many people and everyone was asking if we were "Joe's friends". We felt welcomed immediately. They led us to the Bible Study group and the leader said, "We have studying Psalms". The same Psalms that led me through the doors of a church for the first time in nearly 3 decades, a week ago. I felt that was a sign I was in the right place. Through the rest of the service, I felt like it was time. Time to commit. Time to turn my life over to him. But when the alter call came, I couldn't go. I just didn't feel worthy, as I have wrestled with for forever. All those people. So pretty and neat. So I didn't go. After the service, Joe asked me to speak with his Pastor, who wanted to thank us for coming, and I said I was happy to meet him. And then it happened. He thanked me for coming and he asked if I knew that Jesus died for my sins. I responded that I have been working on understanding, and then he shook me to my core. You see, I know 1 verse from the Bible by heart. Only 1. I remembered it from my youth because of a song. Romans 10:9 - "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." That's it. That's the 1 verse I know. I know what others say, but I can't quote it. I don't know where it is at. But I know that one. His next words to me? He asked me if I knew Romans and he recited that verse. The only verse I knew by heart, word for word. That was my proof. That was my evidence that today was the day. I stopped him mid verse as I broke down in tears and asked him to pray with me and he led me to the Alter with Joe and several others that I'm not yet sure of their name. Today, I confessed with my mouth, the Lord Jesus.... and I came up a saved man. Today was the day. Today. It happened. I have no idea what to do next or where it goes.... but today, I can say that thank God, I am not where I once was..... but I am NOW where I am. To everyone that has worked on me for years now. Thank you. Thank you for not giving up even when my words were hateful. I didn't know what I didn't know. I still don't, honestly.... But I am not that man today. Today was a great day.

I said weeks ago that Tesla will stop making cars. They know their future is in FSD, charging, and battery tech licensed to the world's major car builders. That is what I think is coming, and Elon is right for doing it. There is very little margin on building the car. The margin is in selling the elite tech. Let Chevy and Ford do the low margin assembly. Sell them the operating package. Become the Microsoft Windows of automobiles.

Weird developments at Tesla. Musk almost willingly sabotaging Tesla’s EV business. Firing almost all EV leadership, quite confusing cybercab offering and now this completely irritating cybertruck massive discount for just 10 days.. what is going on? Is SpaceX ipo end of $tsla ?

I 100% guarantee its just a dirty coil. You have it in a hole where airflow is minimal, and the dirty coil is causing pressure to spike and it shuts off the compressor for safety. Pull it out of the hole, take off the back cover, and clean the coil. I bet the works just fine again. Thank me later.

Our refrigerator just died... again. This is our second refrigerator in ten years. It was a Whirlpool, a "plain Jane" model with no bells, no whistles, and no fancy screens. We bought it for its simplicity, thinking it would be the one thing in our house that just worked. It lasted five years and one month, exactly thirty days past the warranty. The repairman’s verdict? A dead compressor. But the real diagnosis... it was Built to Break. Under the guise of "green" regulations and "energy efficiency," we’ve traded tanks that lasted thirty years for plastic-heavy shells that barely last five. We are forced to pay a premium for "high-efficiency" tech that saves ten cents a month on electricity, only to be told to throw the whole $1,500 + unit into a landfill when a single internal component fails. It’s a racket. The government mandates the specs, the manufacturers cut the quality, and the consumer is left holding a bag of spoiled milk. We don’t own appliances anymore; we just lease them from the scrap yard.
