@Kittycel66 @volkdeer @iniemohk Most important plot points of Fallout games revolve around prewar tech, infrastructure and their fallout (hehe) on the wasteland be it FEV, G.E.C.K the dam or deepstate

Tribals, hulking power armor and mutants, a lot of things in these game put fantasy first before 50s scifi, something that could also easily be done with a setting in china imo

@Kittycel66 @CorvyWorwy @iniemohk The story just wasn't good, its art style felt closer to reality than fallout a lot of the time (aside from the weapons most of those were good), and the featured musician is a massive freak publicly so that's enough for me. Fallout 1 is straight up otherworldly-

Fallout London, aside from its glaring issues misses the mark on the conan-style fantasy that makes fallout 1 special and it's own identity. This imo could easily be done with China in the fallout setting,rather than any other nation-
