Scandal Rocks Ukraine's Far Right
Aleksei Levkin, a Russian neo-Nazi with a Ukrainian passport and a senior figure in the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK), is accused of diverting $400,000 in donations intended for the RDK and spending the money on a private estate near Kyiv.
The accusations come from another Russian neo-Nazi, Artem "Uragan" Krasnolutskyi, a commander in the Azov-rooted Third Assault Brigade.
According to Krasnolutskyi, a wealthy European fan of Levkin's M8L8TH (Hitler's Hammer) project approached him in 2023 to make a major donation to the RDK. Instead, Levkin persuaded the donor to fund his own "Wotan Jugend" neo-Nazi project, promising housing for exiled activists and drone production for the RDK.
What emerged instead was a private manor in Irpin complete with a recording studio and business ventures for Levkin.
Krasnolutskyi claims he demanded disciplinary action from the RDK. The group allegedly promised a public response but failed to deliver, prompting accusations of a cover-up.
The scandal is rapidly escalating across Ukraine's far-right scene, with leaders of various organizations publicly taking sides.
The obvious questions now are:
🔴How did it come to this? A Russian neo-Nazi who was granted refuge, legal status, citizenship, and opportunities in Ukraine is enriching himself during wartime while his unit is constantly fundraising for vehicle repairs, equipment, and other basic needs.
🔴Where does Ukrainian military intelligence who supervises RDK stand?
🔴 Will Levkin still be allowed to hold concerts, sell his Nazi stuff in Ukraine and make more money?
🔴Will he continue receiving invitations to Ukrainian military academies and museums as a guest speaker and exhibition curator?
And why the hell are Russian neo-Nazis living their best lives in supposedly "democratic" Ukraine?
