@NitroNY_ 'The risk reward of dp is bad' yeah that's the whole point. That's why it's an interesting mechanic. If the reward was high, then the game becomes who can successfully dp. And going back to neutral from disadvantage is not that low reward either.

I hope next patch they give back dp oki at least on counterhit, the risk reward of dp is so bad rn. I think this and goldburst being easier to get off are the only real misses of this patch, other than those the game feels pretty good to play

arcsys clearly isn't above nerfing characters into irrelevance (aba, testament) so why does hc get away with it every time lmao kneecap this character already, no "rework", no compensation buffs, just put him in the dirt man it's been four years

#GGST_FA Apparently 6H doesn't whiff at point blank against wallsplatted opponents above you anymore, that's pretty cool

They have to revert the command grab change or something. As it currently stands Venom doing 6K or Slayer doing 2S they put themselves in a mixup because they cannot threaten command grab because it gets thrown. I don't think they thought this all the way through

Btw I think this update is really healthy and is probably the best patch the game ever had. I dont even mind Faust getting shot too I just hate the "nerf everything but buff item" mentality arcsys has. It destroys character expression in favour of 236P slop

Counter Blitz can be activated during the slow-motion effect after a counter hit by spending 50% of the Burst Gauge. Once activated, it performs a unique follow-up attack. if the final hit connects near the corner, it triggers a Wall Break.

Patchnotes are not out yet so I have time to do a wishlist for Faust in 2.0: -5P is still a 5f normal -I can still gatling 2K > 2D -I can still special cancel normals into specials -I can block as Faust -Hitting my opponent deals damage -Faust is still selectable in the game
