One thing I've learned about conflict resolution, employers can have different conversations about the same incident. Whisper to him to "ignore her" while telling her "we take this seriously and are going to resolve it because he was wrong for what he did."

What's heartbreaking? Nirvana did everything right. She spoke up immediately & reported to the relevant structures. Production gaslit her & asked the perpetrator nicely IF he'd like to apologise... Nothing about addressing the alleged perpetrator about the impact of his actions.
