The move is in response to Texas Republicans redrawing their lines to help Republicans. "Two wrongs don't make a right," Schwarzenegger says. The former Governor is skeptical that California Democrats will ever want to go back to the current, nonpartisan system. "There's no such thing with politicians and temporary.
