We had the honor of hosting newly elected District 4 school board commissioner Tamarques Porter at Power Center Academy Southeast. Commissioner Porter toured the dynamic classrooms & learned about exciting developments at the new Southeast Campus facility, opening by Summer 2025.

The core skills of learning are a critical eye and an open mind. Critical thinking is refusing to accept ideas at face value. Don't believe information until it's verified. Openness is refusing to reject ideas at face value. Don't disbelieve information until it's falsified.

Attention Parents and Community Members, We are aware of a potential threats at MSCS schools. MPD, SROs, and Homeland Security are on the scene and handling the situation. The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. I will provide updates as I receive them.
