@JohnBrownlow FWIW, this is the recipe that we use mostly - allrecipes.com/recipe/277194/… we will switch out the chile flakes sometimes

I think it needs cumin for some warmth... either in the yogurt or in the butter. I see some recipes online do use it...

Cilbir experiments continue. 4 minute poached eggs and home made strained Greek yogurt for the win, so far.
