@jacojanscholtz Where have you been, you seem to have a deluded expectation that the captured insiders are looking after the interest of RMH shareholders? That kind of thinking went out with the rinderpest.

RMH: Announcement of the sale by Atterbury of its Namibian asset (Grove Mall), apparently the largest in its portfolio. Numerous questions: 1. Should RMH directors not announce such a material deal the moment Atterbury signed the sale agreement? It appears to me (from reading the SENS announcement) that RMH directors may be insinuating that they did not previously announce this deal because the proposed transaction is not yet unconditional. I may be reading this wrong. But if correct, then surely the RMH directors are not arguing that no SENS need ever be released until a deal (any deal for that matter) is unconditional? 2. What happened to disclosure of details such as the sale proceeds (is it c. R2bn?), the NAV of this asset in APH’s accounting records, remaining conditions precedent, etc? As it stands, the SENS raises more questions than it provides answers, imo. 3. On numerous occasions in the past, various proposals were made for RMH to swap its stake in APH for the Grove Mall. There were always reasons why this could not work. Well, apparently it can be done, and then precisely during a time when a low-ball (in my view, I must add) offer is being made. That is quite odd. I don’t have a position in RMH (anymore), but RMH is not exactly sailing blissfully into the sunset.

$LQDA Judge Andrews has no court hearings for the rest of the week. I'm expecting a ruling from him by Friday. This trial will get posted in the CJRA (list of shame) on the 31st of March if no ruling. He has been on this list once before and ruled 3 weeks later.

@AnnaFlorcia $lqda What do you think they pay a rep per annum. I know experienced reps are expensive but are normally able to generate the required sales. Greenfield reps are cheaper but take a long time to reach break even sales. Thoughts on the type of rep they are hiring?

These numbers are probably too low. Why? $LQDA CEO RJ is hiring 1/3 more sales reps. Why? Cause he know Yutrepia is better and is confirmed by the demand from doctors and patients.
