Narendra Modi may be longest continuous serving Elected PM. But there is a catch. Both Nehru and Indira Gandhi served as PM with complete Majority but Modi lost majority in 2024 elections. So this claim is fake. He is continuous serving coalition govt PM (with the mercy of CBN and Nitish Kumar) Nehru and Indira Gandhi still holds record for serving as PM for larger days. ◾Nehru was PM for 6131 days ◾Indira Gandhi was PM for 5829 days Their term was ended because of death else their record would be even more larger. Especially Indira Gandhi died at the age of 66 had she been alive she could have ruled easily for another 15-20 years with her charisma.

I raised a complaint to the senior manager after this incident. Later, the showroom owner himself called us and apologized politely for the salesman behavior. They assured us strict action would be taken immediately. They even requested us not to spread the matter further and offered ₹30k worth of accessories free of cost as a goodwill gesture. At least the owner understood that respecting customers matters more than one employee ego.

We went to buy a new family car today. Just requested the showroom to deliver it before 17 May because Malmas starts after that. And the salesman literally mocked us for following our traditions. He said: You people are educated yet still believe in these things? Thousands buy cars during Malmas too. Imagine insulting a customer just because he respects his culture. My father stayed calm and said: Being modern does not mean abandoning traditions. But the salesman kept arguing. So we cancelled the booking right there and took our money back. India is becoming so modern that now people feel ashamed of their own culture, festivals and beliefs. Respecting traditions is now called backwardness. This mentality is more dangerous than illiteracy.
