Please change the platform numbers. It creates big confusion.

@DrmChennai,@GMSRailway Why in MAS-AJJ section new pink colour EMU coaches replaced with old green colour which was running in TBM section.

@DrmChennai ,@GMSRailway . There is total confusion in Arakonam AJJ junction of platform numbering and uneven length, offset of platforms. Please resolve this issue. Any one new wants to board the train, definitely miss the train.

Velachery – St. Thomas Mount MRTS Extension Ready for Commissioning. Chennai Division of Southern Railway has received the Provisional Authorisation Certificate from the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety (CCRS) for commissioning the Velachery – St. Thomas Mount MRTS Phase-II section. Train services on the extended section will commence from 14 March 2026, improving suburban connectivity and enabling seamless integration with Suburban Railway and Chennai Metro at St. Thomas Mount. @DrmChennai Dear sir, Every day evening between 17:30 Hrs to 19:30 Hrs traffic jams between Basin bridge junction and Avadi due to crossing of trains from Beach station. It resulting affecting movement of express and local trains up to Avadi . Pl resolve this issue.

@DrmChennai Sir, please change the time of Local EMU 42407 MAS-SPE @0:730 Hrs to 07:20 Hrs. Due to late departure of this train every day, too much time gap between this train and earlier train about 50 to 60 mins . Pl change the time.

@DrmChennai Sir All Express / Local / Goods trains are running in main line from Ennore to Beach /MAS. The newly laid tracks between Beach to Ennore are not utilised fully. Being used as parking . The main lines are full traffic and new lines are empty.

@RailMinIndia First Chennai has to be increased. After arrival , all trains are halting at station for unloading of parcels. Any train after arrival to be vacated from the station within 30 minutes . Then more no if trains can be originated . This is my suggestion.

To meet rising travel demand, Indian Railways is set to double originating train capacity in major cities within five years, supported by augmentation of existing infrastructure.
