My final epoch with Mina, running the explorer and staking pool. Still there is no urgency to the Mesa upgrade that was due in fall of last year. No longer providing regular updates, let alone a timeline... Seems at this point it’s being deliberately stalled, but for what? Optimistically waiting on a major improvement in o1js, or a functioning zkApp in development before activating?

Price drop in $MINA over the past few years reflects market conditions, not the project. $MINA still hasn’t seen a real alt season, while development of its unique tech never stopped. Few see this level as a rare, possibly once-in-a-lifetime opportunity before the market turns.

A peek inside what our team was up to today for Mesa... 👀 This dashboard monitors block height by node during a hard fork. In this dry run, our team defined the stop-slot time, and we were able to observe that the network successfully agreed on Block 1079 as the genesis block of the post-hard fork network. ✅ And when Mesa nodes restarted, they began from that exact height and quickly re-synced. The team checked this against pre-hf and confirmed continuity. ✅ This was also a mixed-mode hardfork, meaning some nodes upgraded manually (legacy mode) and others updated automatically (auto mode). Both paths converged and synced to the same network state. ✅ No divergence. No ledger rewrite. That’s the behavior we want.
