@isla__love i also want to say thank u for ur perspective!! i genuinely hadn’t considered this before. i did decide to also remove the thinspo on my phone as it does feel weird to have images of complete strangers saved. i also appreciate u being respectful ❤️

had 2 guess on dinner but i think my overall total for today was 1735 cals … my fitness app says i’ve burned 2305 cals so far including inactive cals so i’m in a deficit of 570 🤗
