Congress went from 44 to 0 in the 2021 Bengal election and lost its LoP position in the Assembly. BJP went from 3 to 77. Rahul Gandhi congratulated Mamata for “defeating BJP”. Today, Congress is again at 0 and BJP is at 200+. IQ and Rahul Gandhi are poles apart.

Let me correct this: only thing voters hate more than non-performance is arrogance. And if it is non-performance with arrogance like TMC and with a dose of craziness and unhinged behaviour then it’s a slam dunk for the other side.

@Gabbar0099 6.3 crore citizens voted in Bengal in 2026. ~30 lakhs more than the 5.99 crore citizens who voted in Bengal in 2021. SIR only removed those who were dead, or re-located or non citizens from the rolls. The actual voter base increased healthily.

The one change @BJP4India must immediately bring is an end to the culture of post poll violence. Very heartening to see @SuvenduWB and @ArjunsinghWB calling on workers to stay peaceful. They must lead the change in culture needed in politics in WB. In victory, humility.

BJP has asked all its workers to avoid any kind of provocation, no celebrations outside TMC offices and no attacks on any TMC members. A very good step. West Bengal deserves a peaceful environment. Nobody should be a victim of political violence, not even opposition supporters.
