In the hours after Charlie Kirk’s assassination, pro-Palestine propaganda outlets tried to hijack the narrative.
They spread the lie that Charlie was anti-Israel - and that Israel somehow killed him.
That lie spread so fast, and so quickly, that even The New York Times ran with it - only to be left with egg on their face when they were forced to redact the claim.
Here’s what really happened:
Charlie quoted a viral antisemitic post during one of his shows, then broke it down and condemned it.
But the clip was ripped out of context, headlines were written to suggest the words were his own, and suddenly articles were circulating claiming he was anti-Israel.
That twisting of context - from critique into endorsement - is how a lie becomes “evidence.”
This is how propaganda works.
A lie is planted.
It spreads through repetition.
And before long, movements are fueled by fiction, not fact.
Charlie Kirk was murdered by a bullet, but his legacy is now being attacked by misinformation.
