Leetcode interviews are dead. My friend runs a startup and I'm helping her recruit. She was so clear on what she wanted from the candidate. No confusion. We worked together and made a custom assignment that was tailored to test for the skills she needed. We found the perfect fit in 6 days. Completely bypassing the need for DSA at all. If Engineering managers can articulate requirements well, HRs can now use AI to build their own custom requirements vs stupid OAs. Hope this becomes an industry standard soon.
