the way when i was in the bmi 14s no one even told me i was too skinny or anything like the way my body holds weight, i didn't even start losing weight in my thighs til then

i just had a stupid ass question i was wondering why all oil no matter the source pretty much has the same cals. and like no shit it's all fat and fat is always 9 calories per gram

the only thing that doesn't make me feel guilty is protein shakes

kinda need to get bloodwork done kinda bad but procrastinating going to the doctor bc it will show i gained weight + i don't want that on my file. yk i really am stupid ....
