Nope. They delivery system i.e. the d ala pro is exactly the same. Only tweaks are to the linker and capping group which doesnt affect FAP cleavage. This is on multiple slides, discussed in the R&D spotlights and is evident by the pre clinical results. Note that pre|CISION performs better in humans than animals also, owing at least partly due to the lower levels of free FAP.

With the lifetime limit cap of dox removed, due to an exceptional safety profile, it's a matter of time before ODD/AA, is granted for #AVCT's pathfinder drug in Salivary Gland Cancer (SGC) - a major derisking event for Big Pharma (BP). Before this limit was removed, peak sales for 2030 (<4yrs away) were modelled at $250m pa. But now we know Pre|CISION modified doxorubicin (dox) is so good that it can:- ✅️Treat patients at 4x the max dose ✅️Treat them MORE frequently ✅️Treat patients ineligible for straight dox due to their age/fragility ✅️Treat patients for MUCH longer (indefinitely? Treat as a chronic condition?) What the above means is those peak sales forecasts need to be increased, significantly and risk-adjusted DCF calculations updated accordingly. I've just run some numbers through AI and I get a current risk-adjusted value for Avacta of between £500 & £1Bn today, so between double and quadruple today's valuation, based off just one indication! 🤯 That's in a fair market of course, not with the company sat on the AIM casino. 90% of SGC patients currently taking Faridoxorubicin are living at least twice as long without the disease progressing (Progression Free Survival [PFS]), than those not taking it. Note: *PFS is increasingly being used as a proxy for overall survival by the FDA.* In simple terms patients are living better quality of lives and almost certain to live longer (Overall Survival) taking Avactas drugs than current best alternatives. Avacta's drugs are kinder and more efficacious but that's not all... Peptide Drug Conjugates (PDC's) are 90% cheaper to manufacture than ADC's also. The data hitherto (which is only improving) justifies accelerated approval for SGC in addition to ODD. Once approved, off-label use is likely to skyrocket as what clinicians would prescribe straight dox again given there is a kinder more efficacious version of the same drug? Basically Faridoxorubicin replaces doxorubicin entirely, not just in SGC. And the really funny thing, Faridoxorubicin isn't even that good when compared to Avacta's 2nd and 3rd generation PDC's or worth ANYWHERE NEAR as much money to the company. AVA6103, Avacta's highly anticipated pre|CISION modified version of Exetecan has just completed IND and goes into humans within weeks. It uses the exact same delivery system as the pathfinder drug and has already performed better than Faridoxorubicin did in the pre-clinical setting. At some point the gaping chasm between current value and fair value for this company closes and violently I expect. Avacta will recieve multiple, multi-billion pound takeover approaches this year from BP desperately seeking to address their £180Bn patent cliffs. pre|CISION fits perfectly. Always DYOR

FULL OF HOPE ❤️ #AVCT Over five long years… I’ve been sieving through the posts here on a weekly, and now daily basis. I promised myself years ago, not to listen, or engage with at least 90% ++ of you sad people. Some of you spend half of your lives on here typing a-load of bla bla bla!!! Thinking your posts are going to move the sp a few % ⬆️ or ⬇️. “You’re as thick as mice” some of you post relentlessly 12 hours a day every day! “That’s half of your life! And I’m sure the other 12 hours is spent tossing and turning, in your cesspit. stinking and full of alcohol and coke. Maybe on a good day celebrating a quick daily fix! Maybe a few grad, give and take, WOW! we all know people like you who think they some-kind of Big Shot! Billy Big Ball! Clowns and Silly Superheroes, who seem to live up peoples asses, rather than,having an opinion of their own. Really! In extreme cases, people really play Dr Ludo!!! 🕵️‍♂️and think they know more than the experts and scientists and with years of positive collective data 📈 in all different formats over all them long years. Fact 1. 1a 12 hour a day = 50% of your life Fact 2 1b 12 hours a day here= posting relentlessly lies, talking rubbish and trying to discredit ANY company trying to give people a better life and hope. is immoral and doesn’t just sit right. Fact 4 1d I’ve been following and invested in Avacta for well over 5 years now, and fully loaded up my ISA to the max every year since. I’ve not looked today, but around 80k in the red today. because I’ve been to busy spending my time meaningful and rewarding looking after and taking care of my beautiful Mum, who is Living with stage four cancer. She is happy and enjoys every day, and tells me how grateful she feels, and full of HOPE! Mum was lucky enough to try an alternative medicine. I believe only 1in10 peoples cancer is compatible with. And it seems to be working very well. The sad fact. maybe 9 unfortunate people would have no choice but the Red Devil with all them nasty horrible side effects. which many people decide or choose no treatment because of all them “body and soul” destroying side effects! No treatment 6/12 months life expectancy. Fact 5 1e Over the last five years following this board and my investments. I’ve had more pain, grief, upset or what ever you want to call it? Then any paper loss I’ve taken with Avacta over the sometimes frustrating and bumpy road, sometimes up to 20k in 1 day, never sold a share and not going too. Fact 6 1f “GOAL” bingo, lift off!!! To infinity and beyond! Avacta and the brilliant team led by CC. with their incredible bulletproof Taxi delivery service, for the most toxic medicine. And never get the wrong stop. Safe and sound every trip. No spills or leaks from them nasty toxicity’s, ho and now upgrades to the fairy limousine! Twice as many passengers still delivered 100% safe and sound. Fact 7 PROVEN You believe in what you believe in, and you know what comes from the horses mouth. It’s feels very rewarding being invested in a company that is very close to changing millions if not billions of people lives with a guaranteed bulletproof Taxi service for all kind of toxic and nasty drugs.
