The Chair of the Principal for A Day Interview Panel @WeAreSanders organized a mock interview day with mock questions and mock applicants. In my absence, he had it videotaped so they could review it and make panel corrections prior to the actual interview day. A natural leader!

Congratulations to @WeAreSanders Montessori and Magnet students and their teacher Mrs. Muller who participated in the International Academic Competitions Regional History Bee and Geography Bee! They qualified for national and international levels!

Sometimes when you get it, you just can’t hide it! Light bulbs of understanding for algebraic expressions deserve a visible celebration! In a trusting environment, these celebrations are not only welcomed, they are expected and accepted.

@chrimelt Great question. To insure focused instruction for 21st century learners we need data on interest and learning needs(Interest and learning style inventories, running read ing and math records ). Data and PDs that insure learning equity across all grade levels ( K-12).

I’ve challenged the Office of Assessment and Standards to conduct recent “Data Quest” 🕵️‍♀️ 🔍 so now I’ll extend the conversation to you - what data is needed to plan instruction? To plan PD? I ask because we have a draft and YOU can influence what we do. 📊
