you won't lean out by biohacking + bulking/cutting here is what I would do you're busy I get it, it's hard to sit down and prepare something however, find a time where you can spend 30min preparing your meals for the next few days rotate through proteins like steak, chicken, ground turkey, and pair them with a carb. Such as rice, quinoa, potatoes, etc
