Update: Index Bank cron is patched. What broke: Vercel fires our distribution cron every 5 min. The previous run was sometimes still mid-flight when the next one started, so two runs claimed fees and hit Solana at the same time. That meant RPC throttling, failed batches, and one xStock (PGX) whose Token-2022 mint refuses every swap aggregator we tried. What we shipped: 1. Run lock. If a cycle is still distributing, the next one stands down instead of doubling up. 2. One xStock per cycle. Every holder still gets every stock, just spread across the rotation instead of crammed into one window. Full pass through the portfolio every ~85 min. 3. PGX removed. Until the mint authority drops the permanent delegate, we can't route it. 4. Supabase logging is now non-fatal. If our DB blinks, distributions keep going on chain. What you'll see: Stats on the site (treasury, distributions, holder count) populate from the next clean cycles onward. Old half-runs are skipped from the ledger so the numbers stay honest.
