@gothicwayne Yeah, exactly. In Knightfall his role as Bruce Wayne malfunctions due to his obsession with saving the city which ends up harming him more in longer run, even in O'Neil's Venom it is obvious his morality is not based on Batman's effectiveness but also Bruce's ability to empathize

@waaadjet One thing I think should be consistent among interpretations is that this is only a thought- a misconception he has about himself and as he continues on with his journey he begins to understand the self more and more until he realizes that Bruce does still exist.

One slippery slope in regards to Batman to me is that Bruce thinking "Bruce Wayne" has ceased to exist and only "Batman" remains. I understand if it aims to show his mental health -because in that case it is definitely worth using- but I don't like it when it is the truth

I said this before, without Bruce's upbringing and sense of justice Batman wouldn't exist while without Batman Bruce wouldn't be able to functional (he is still barely functioning anyway) member of community

I played The Awakened by Frogwares sometime ago and while it wasn't my favorite, the overall atmosphere made it worth it lol I am a sucker for it. Unfortunately Lovecraft's own works on the other hand is almost defined by their xenophobia and as an extent racism

One thing I love most about when it comes to characters like Batman or Holmes is that when they merge them with cosmic horror. Characters that only believe what they see, the sole incarnates of empiricism, lose their trust in source of input to their brains. How cool is that
