How can give me some recommendations on good date range JS pickers? I need something really customisable and accessible. (minimum days, blocked days, fixed periods, etc) react-dates looks great but the documentation is shocking. Also I don't want to load react for one component

@bakingjames I tried the All Whole Wheat recipe with T110 and it got rather messy & floppy 😞 I assume T150 would be best, and for the autolyse, definitely mix then cover right? That is a 100% hydration dough, not a typo? 😫 Challenges be ahead of me! Thank you!!
