That appears to be predominantly true.
For example:
Fedora, Debian, & elementary OS all have extreme Leftist politics... and all are embracing, planning for, or facilitating Age Verification.
Omarchy, Devuan, & OpenMandriva are all decidedly "Non-Woke" from a political perspective... and all are rejecting Age Verification (in some way).

If this same code were written to the same standards it was (so no appropriate handling when the bot definitions exceed the preallocated 200) in C or C++, it'd likely be an actual vulnerability instead of a panic

But this result, while memory safe, was most definitely not the right solution and did have catastrophic results for CloudFlare customers.
A better approach would be to issue an alert and continue without bot definitions. Or do something else.

Bad faith post.
Rust correctly identified the config file was exceeding the fixed memory limit (for perf reasons) and shut everything down to prevent further damage.
On many other languages (specially C/C++), this error would've been an unmitigated disaster.
