Many Muslims don't understand what we are contending with. It was prophesied by Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) . Understanding is key, and this is where many of my northern brothers fail the most.

“From Afolayan Dynasty to Nollywood Legend: The Story of Lola Idije” 1. My people, today let’s talk about a true legend of Yoruba Nollywood, Lola Idije. 2. Her real name is Toyin Afolayan. She was born on September 24, 1959, in Lagos. 3. As of now, she is in her mid-60s still active, still relevant, still respected. That alone is not beans in Nollywood. 4. Lola Idije was born into a powerful entertainment family. She is the younger sister of the late Ade Love, a pioneer of Yoruba cinema. 5. That makes her part of the famous Afolayan dynasty, a name that carries serious weight in the industry. 6. She is also related to top stars like Kunle Afolayan, Gabriel Afolayan, and Aremu Afolayan. 7. Religion-wise, Lola Idije is a Christian, and she has always spoken about faith and family values in her life. 8. Her acting career spans decades. She became popular for playing strong motherly roles, the strict “Iya,” the wise elder, or sometimes the spiritual woman 😄. 9. Some of the notable Yoruba movies she has featured in include: Idije (which gave her the popular nickname) Omo Iya Osun Iya Oko Mi Agogo Ide Alagbara 10. Her acting style is unique, calm but powerful. She doesn’t need too much shouting, her presence alone commands respect. 11. Back in the days of VHS and early Nollywood, Lola Idije was already a known face, that’s longevity. 12. Unlike many celebrities, she keeps her personal life private, no unnecessary drama, just focus on her craft. 13. She has witnessed different generations of Nollywood and still remains relevant among both old and young actors. 14. Lola Idije represents discipline, consistency, and cultural pride in Yoruba filmmaking. 15. Living legend, no doubt 🙌 More life and good health to her. Ire oo.

@famouson17 @virtuousii Funny you Sunday, So if you are right, why is it so hard to tell me the person's dept, level and how much the school fees is? After all, I didn't ask for the name. Let me repeat, NELFUND don't send to account, they don't pay half.

Some students, especially those who don't even need it, are taking NELFUND loans with the intention of never paying them back. Until you win a fully funded scholarship abroad after you graduate but are not allowed to go until you clear your debt.

@masurge7 Will you come to the pollin Booth with student ID card and matric number? This election will be about the masses who are really suffering vs you, the middle class who are feigning caring for the country

@quean_bimbo @ejizzy4real Saying 90% of graduates are jobless obviously is a hyperbole and isn't true. Are you a graduate? If you are, are half of your friends jobless? And that's 50%. Are you saying that 1 out of 10 graduates only is employed? I find that to be untrue.

This is Nigeria where parents now by laptops for their kids and personally take them to HKs (Hustle Kingdoms) to start learning fraud. This is Nigeria where parents now ask their daughters if they can't see how their mates are bringing money home and push them outside to do the same. This is Nigeria where parents pay for special centers for their kids to pass exams. This is Nigeria where no one questions the source of your wealth, they call it GRACE, and pray they get the same GRACE.
Mazi Nathan@rukky_nate

This is Nigeria. where a man lives 10 levels above his income and the community’s only response is admiration. the same corruption we curse at the top, we celebrate at the bottom when it wears a familiar face. then we enter church on Sunday, bind and cast, and wonder why nothing is changing. not judging, just observing. but at what point do we stop calling unexplained wealth a miracle?

@quean_bimbo @ejizzy4real So, don't blame the people blame the system right? Wrong, this is the type of excuse that got us into this mess in the first place. When I was a child, poor parents encouraged their children to work hard so they can compete, and not to do fraud because its the easy way out.

Thanking APC and Tinubu for Nelfund is like thanking your landlord for increasing your rent and giving you a loan to pay for the rent.

@Just_JONIER This take is silly. If that's the case, ask yourself, which came first , cars or petroleum? Did they make the cars first before getting the fuel for them because they were scared that if there was fuel with no cars there won't be anyone to buy the fuel???
