@ssr_audrey i’d like to amend my answer a bit-there is a very slight difference because of how measuring liquids at eye level works, but it’s not large
i’d weigh food for cals though because cups can be inaccurate due to density

@waferthinangel id say so, I dont get offered food super regularly so I dont think it would be an issue. like once a day, sometimes none sometimes more

@strwbcha yes definitely, for some reason the medical definition of underweight is like below 5th percentile for kids but it's actually insane and lots of doctors won't use that
also at least in america kids are getting fatter and it's ruining the percentile

@haehyuv going from 200 to 1200 sounds like a tummy ache if you are going to do 400 & 200 (or instead a liquid fast or something) i'd put those earlier in the cycle and change order (if that makes sense) like maybe 1.2k 1k 600 200 400 800 or smth along those lines just diff order
