He is Smart, he stays until his contact ends, you can send him out to china on loan, just pay him his full 💰, and if you can't terminate contract and pay even more as compensation. By the time he is done with Manchester united he'll continue with another club on a new wage structure

Could've got £20m from Chelsea, but Sancho rejected them because he wanted a bigger salary. Could've got £20m from Roma, but Sancho also rejected them. Now, he's joining Aston Villa on a straight loan, with United covering part of his salary? All these just so he won't take a salary reduction. I prefer not to speak on this guy.

@UtdFaithfuls Footballers career is short. I wouldn’t change my company to another for a lower salary specially after the company’s PR team has done all it can to tarnish my image and reputation while the supporters of the company abuse me.

Not one to complain about refs but this has just about been the most one-sidedly poorly officiated match I've ever seen. Dalot red card just about the only correct decision

I find this kind of ridiculous. People were sad when every single one of these players left. None were without their fans, or those who thought they should stay (albeit to varying degrees). I was sad when all of them left; when McT left; when Ibra left; when Vidic left; and I’ll be sad when Rashy goes. These players are part of the fabric of united while they are here. They hold incredible memories for us. Some are academy lads; some are from halfway across the world. Some may be a foreign fan’s countryman (I still wish Howard had a better time at the club), or they may see these players around Manchester. Some players may have signed shirts for the fans’ kids. Some may have given fans an incredible moment celebrating with friends and family. Sentimentality exists in football, and the sport is better for it. I don’t want to pretend I’m watching 22 robots run around a pitch every week. I want to like the players I like— for whatever reason I may like them. And, for the ones that have created those special memories for me (like all the ones I named), it’s particularly painful to see them go. Rashy embodies everything I said— all the reasons I gave for fans liking a particular player— the memories of celebrating his goals; the fact he’s an academy lad; his community involvement; the fact that he seems to be a genuinely good person. Football needs more Rashford’s, and I don’t think you can call into question the reasons for fans being sad that he will probably leave.

@BusbyBulletin It’s wild. For a defender, he’s pretty good with the ball at his feet. Decent in link up play and being able to take a man on every so often, but he couldn’t hit water from the beach with his crosses.

Shared universes shouldn't have a uniformed tone. If you can't have a horror movie and a teen comedy in the same comic universe, you aren't doing it right.

@shakiahjohnson1 See this is actually an interesting point and I do think you’d be right in saying Wally is more successful in fully taking over the mantle, but while that may be true, as as much as Wally is my favorite hero of all time, Wally at his best hasn’t been as successful as Miles

Another way to think about this. I work as a teacher. If I said the name “Wally West” no kid would know who that was. If I said “The Flash” they might have some vague idea but not much else. But if I said “Miles Morales” EVERY SINGLE KID THERE knows EXACTLY who I’m talking about

@ComicsMeta Definitely a good point. But in contrast, they make a big fuss about he’s just as much Spider-Man as Peter in certain stories. But Miles is generally referred to by name not title. Calling someone the flash and it being Wally, says more about how they’ve taken over the mantle.

I used The Flash as an example cuz they are the literally the blueprint for the legacy superhero (and my favorites) and Miles has objectively done it more successfully

@No20six @GeekXpop @MarkBrooksArt If I’m not mistaken, not only Is it the first appearance but because the story had some questionable things that they wanted to distance the character from, it doesn’t get a lot of reprint action in collected format. If I’m remembering correctly.
