TB thinks that only Rhaenyra is allowed to seek revenge because they think that everyone else who isn't Rhaenyra is evil and can never be wronged, like they genuinely think that if someone from TG claims injustice they are simply lying or exaggerating or try and twist it in a way that it becomes a direct attack towards Rhaenyra, done in a malicious way. aka "Luke took Aemond's eye because they planned from the start to jump Aemond with a knife, hence why Jace had it concealed in the first place" -> TB turning it into "This was a plot by the greens to undermine Rhaenyra, they put Aemond up to it so that they can frame Rhaenyra's sons as monsters, the greens are lying schemers, Rhaenyra and her sons are the victims"

TB is just plain stupid, EVERYONE in the AKOTSK would have reacted like Alicent OR WORSE if their son was maimed for life, Maekar killed (even if on accident) his brother because someone PUNCHED his son, but if someone were to take Aerion's eye????? Maekar himself would skin that person alive. Regardless if the one who took the eye was Valarr, Matarys or someone else that was a royal. But TB thinks that just because the Targs from the AKOTSK came from Rhaenyra and Daemon that they would just fall at her feet and serve her, that they would punish their own sons for loosing an eye rather than seek justice for the injustice that was done. If it was Daeron II instead of Visery I, Luke and Jace would already be halfway on the road to the wall or worse. and certainly Rhaenyra would be disinherited (if we are to go with the asumption that Daeron II was stupid enough to name Rhaenyra heir over his sons)
