@NeuroEllen Stephen is correct. There is a state policy here in Texas making evaluation of DEI statements illegal during the hiring process.

After a depressing week, it's time to share that I could not get K99! I published 2 papers, 1 submitted to bioRxiv, and included 2 new preliminary data between A0 & A1 submissions (only 6 months). My score was 33 and I know it's not the best. However, they describe my research👇

I always knew since my time in the @runtumblerun lab that Mg2+ is the key to everything that I care about. This proves it yet again!
