@zsk I did Dundee to Blackpool in a Nissan Leaf (~120 mile range) which was alright, but the lack of unified charging network in England meant it was a hit or miss finding a working/decent charger. I’ve found Electroverse pretty good at sourcing decent chargers and checking status etc

I'm doing my first ever England - Scotland drive in an EV - the ridiculously luxurious Lotus Emeya that I am trying out. I've had no problems finding chargers along the way but the reality is you have to charge every 200ish miles of motorway driving and it takes time. 50 mins at this stop has got me about 50% top up (I know some are faster than others) and I will have to top up a second time before I get home. It's already a 5 hour drive without stopping.

@Random_Robbie Depending on the local authority, they might have their own IT/cyber person. Maybe shoot them an email?

Rail fare in the UK is already too expensive. Scrapping peak time brought prices down but they were still too high. How can we talk about the green economy or economic growth and yet not do simple things that enable both like making public transport more accessible to all

Compared with GE19, I managed to get both parties from above, so I have to put it down to the surprise of a summer election. I’m not ashamed to admit I’ve had a blast doing this over the past 6 weeks
