the difference between zutara and other ships like zukka, taang, zutoph, sukitara etc is that zutara had obvious parallels and intentional writing and proposed endgame ideas the others are fully headcanons with little if no base.

more zutara #cheating headcanons: so we know zuko’s lightning scar is ALSO miraculously gone even though we know it takes YEARS to fully heal something like that, right? which would have to mean katara was IN that man’s chambers going to WORK on zuko’s fresh(er) scar while aang was off doing avatar duties. they hooked up, then started up again during the time period the movie takes place. also notice how in the movie, zuko’s always the first to help katara during a fight, he calls HER name first to help with the ship. he’s the first to appear to defend her with the fight with tagah. he gets mad and yells at aang right after witnessing his argument with katara over the ship debacle… he’s trying to hide the way he may care a little TOO much and yet…he can’t help himself sometimes
